By accessing and using OpenLLM's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our services.
Use of Service
Permitted Use
You may use our API services for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the service to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit harmful or malicious code
- Engage in unauthorized access or security breaches
- Generate spam or misleading content
Account Responsibilities
- • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys
- • You must provide accurate and complete information
- • You are responsible for all activity under your account
- • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
Billing and Payment
You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the service. Fees are based on your actual usage and are billed monthly. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.
If payment is not received, we may suspend or terminate your access to the service.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenLLM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
